Vegan & gluten free peanut butter cups

Ingredients:

4 bars of dark chocolate
200 g peanut butter
5 cl almond milk
2 tbs coconut flower sugar
pinch of salt

Break the chocolate bars and place it in a bowl. Mix with the almond milk and coconut sugar. Melt it over steam or in a microwave if you’re lazy as we are.

In a muffin baking tray place muffin papers.

Start to layer the chocolate, putting 1 tablespoon of chocolate in each muffin paper.

Then put the tray in the fridge and let it cool.

Meanwhile mix the peanut butter with the salt.

Layer it on top of the chocolate in the muffin tray, put back in the fridge.

Take the rest of the chocolate and heat if again, so it becomes liquidy enough, then layer another tablespoon of chocolate on top of each butter cup.

Put back in the fridge to cool.
