This was my farewell gift from one of my loveliest Chinese coworkers. We used to talk a lot about Korean beauty products and make up. In Asia, Korean beauty products are the greatest hits. I used to live there so I learned it on myself how great they are. ❤ The best is that most of them are cruelty free brand, so they don’t test their products on animals.

Mise en Scéne is a highly concentrated hair serum, that can repair any damage caused by hair dye and heat. They use a cocktail of 7 different oils: argan, camelia, coconut, peach, marula, jojoba és olive oil. Not only helps it to repair split ends, but makes your hair strong and easy to comb.

The softens and hydration comes from camelia oil. Also helps with split ends.
Coconut, olive and jojoba oil stimulates hair growth and fights against dandruff. Prevents hair loss, split and gives a remarkable shine to the hair.
Peach oil contains omega 9 acid, that helps the hair to grow strong, thick and nice long.
To protect the hair from environmental effects and UV marula oil is added to the mix, that also provides a satin like effect when applied.
How to use:
After shampoo: apply the serum on towel dry hair, depending on the length 1-3 pumps should be enough. Apply mainly on split ends than blow dry your hair.
On dry hair: apply 1-3 pumps on the ends or dry part to make your hair shiny. If your roots are oily, you can apply the left over from your fingers there as well.
My opinion:
The packaging is beautiful, deep red container. The size is small, that makes it comfortable to hold in the hand. Easy to use. The container is diaphanous, so you can see how much is left.
The serum itself is quite thick, but easy to apply on the whole hair. 2 pumps is enough for shoulder length hair, so don’t worry. The serum is translucent. My version is a limited edition with rose scent, that I just adore because the scent follows me through the whole day. My hair doesn’t feel heavy after application and it doesn1t make it feel or look oily.
Unfortunately, I didn’t experienced my hair to be easier to comb and still tangled, but it became super soft and looks/feels much healthier. Usually my hair splits faster and easier from the cold air and blow drying, but since I started to use the serum, if seems like it doesn’t break more than usually.
I always apply the serum on towel dry hair, mainly on the ends and put the leftover from my fingers everywhere else. –
I would give it 4/5, because I find this product to be amazing, but those tangles and still tangles…
