After the previous post I thought I should share my favorite pre-workout shake recipe. Actually it’s not like a real recipe because it’s not an art to share the powder with a few other things, but it might be good to spark a little creativity in you as well to try out new tastes for yourselves.

Ingredients:
- Vegan protein powder
- nut milk
- fruit of your choice
- agavé or maple syrup (only if you need it)
- ground cinnamon
The base is white chocolate-caramel protein powder from AbsoRice. I mixed it in a blender with vanilla soy milk, 2 bananas and a dash of cinnamon.
Not a big deal, quick and variable. Easy on your stomach to digest before gym or training, but provides enough energy even after a long day at work.
