Overnight spirulina chia pudding – the bomb breakfast

Mornings always start hard for me, especially if I know I’ll have a hard day. There’s all the nutrition and flavors in this spirulina chia pudding that you’ll need for a power day. Spirulina is a wonderful  plant based protein source, that gives you a shot of energy, tastes unique and a natural, perfect supplement for any diets.
 

 

 

 

Ingredients (for 2):
– 1 banana
– 1 ts spirulina powder
– 2 dl Kangen water 9.5 pH
– 2 ts chia seeds
– 1 ts agave syrup
 
 
In a blender blend together banana and Kangen water with agave syrup and spirulina. Pour the whole mixture in a jar and mix it with the chia seeds. Let it rest for 15 minutes, and stir it 3-4 times. Place the pudding in the fridge for over night and it’s ready to be served by the morning.  Top it with nuts and seeds mix or fruits and mint leaves.
