One of the best things I ever invested my money is my Blender Bottle (and this is not an advertisement). Since I started to use this I already forgot the crunchy protein shakes I made with my old shaker.

To celebrate my satisfaction, I decided to share one of my favorite morning vegan and gluten free protein shake recipes with you.

Ingredients:

2 tbs Alpro cranberry soygurt
1 tbs cranberry syrup
1 scoop of vanilla flavored vegan protein powder (my go to is the Vanilia macaron)
cashew milk
Kangen water (optional)

Simply put all the ingredients in your Blender Bottle, pour as many cashew milk on top as you like (optionally add Kangen water if you like with less plant based milk) and shake it well.
