Life can get insanely busy and we can have our hands in lots of cookie jars but it can be taxing for our bodies which can result in poor sleep.

 

Some times to give a fix we just need to chill on the couch with escape with a ridiculously cheesy romance novel or cuddling with our pets. Other times we need a lovely bedtime yoga session to help ease our bodies and prepare for the night ahead.

 

The asanas in this video are my favorite and what I love the most in this sequence is that you can take it with you wherever you go. No need for  a mat to follow it along, you can do it on your bed or on the couch when you take a break from reading that novel. 😉

There are so many other wonderful restorative yoga poses that allow the body to relax and recover.
